I want to know how to lose weight fast

I’m sure you’re wondering why I’m talking about losing weight fast. Here’s the story: a few days ago I found myself in a position to climb two flights of stairs, and was a very intense experience. By the time I got myself up to the top, I was sweating, wheezing, my face was red, and I was in bad shape. I had to get myself into the bathroom to splash some cool water on my cheeks, and gazed up into the mirror, and I realized something: I have to lose weight fast.

On some level, I feel like I’ve turned into my father. He was a hugely fat man, with a warm sense of humor and a solid, pragmatic outlook on life. But boy, he was big. And lately I’m getting big too. Now don’t misunderstand, I love my pops, but I really really really would like to avoid topping 350 pounds. Because once you reach a weight like that, there’s not really any way of going back.

So I’ve been going through and doing a bunch of research on how to loose weight fast. My wife wants to join me, saying that she also wants to get thinner, which will no doubt make it quite a bit easier to stay with whichever diet plan we end up with. There’s a huge amount of thoughts on how to lose weight out there

I’ll keep you guys up to date on how good the weight loss program is going for us. I know losing weight isn’t going to be easy, but it’s what has to happen as far as I’m concerned, so I’m really going to be working hard to learn how to lose weight fast.
